At Alankari Jewel, we take pride in crafting handmade jewelry with care and precision. We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which orders can be canceled and refunds can be processed.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Processing:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After Processing/Shipment:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations since handmade items are prepared on order and packaged promptly for delivery.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product received is different from what was ordered.

Please note:

Handmade products may have minor variations in design, color, or texture, which are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
The customer must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made jewelry pieces.
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons) unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items purchased during sales or special offers (unless defective).

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

You may need to return the product in its original packaging.
After inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange for a replacement product of equal value once the original item is returned and approved.
